Ginseng is a medicinal herb that is used to treat a variety of ailments. Ginseng's pharmacological effects have been established in cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular illnesses, and it has been utilised to promote immunological function, CNS function, stress relief, and antioxidant activities (Jung and Jin 1996). For more than 2000 years, the root of Panax ginseng, also known as Korean or Asian ginseng, has been a valued and essential folk medicine in East Asian countries such as China, Korea, and Japan.
Ginseng and Ginsenosides appear to have anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-obesity. Although a single Ginsenoside has been shown to be effective in specific affects or circumstances, it is still unknown whether a single component or a combination of components obtained from ginseng can provide the most benefit across a wide range of diseases and conditions.
